The 39 mile stretch of the Thames Path from Windsor to Putney has a different character.  Much of the river bank is lined with house boats, river cruisers, large private houses, including King Henry 8th's Hampton Court Palace, suburbs of London, and historic sites such as Runnymede where Magna Carta was signed in 1215.
