This is the personal web site of photographer David Davidson (who can be contacted at
david@daviddavidson.uk). It is for the sole purpose of displaying examples of his photography.
This Privacy Policy outlines how the web site handles information collected from users who access the website. In essence the web site only gathers information needed to prove a good user experience and for its effective operation. The web site does not require users to register, accept adverts or receive information and does not pass on information except for the operation of the web site.

Collecting information which can identify you personally is necessary to provide you with an acceptable web site experience. When you use the site, you consent to this collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
What information do we collect?
We collect Non-personal, and Personal Information.

We are not aware of the identity of a user from which this impersonal Information was collected. Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies. Currently analytics data is held for a maximum of 1 year by the third party company.
